How long will my order take?

All products are made to order. After you make your purchase, please allow 2 weeks for it to be delivered.


What to do if I haven't received my order and my tracking number isn't working?

Sometimes your parcel will move through the system without being scanned. The tracking number should activate within 3 days of receiving your shipping notification, if not please contact us.


Do you accept returns or size exchanges?

We can accept returns on orders sent back within 14 days of delivery, that are in unopened and unworn condition. A refund will be issued. Size exchanges may only be possible depending on stock availability.


Can I cancel or modify my order once it has been placed?

Cancellations and modifications may be possible if you contact us immediately upon discovering the mistake. If your order has progressed too far, we will be unable to make changes.


What happens if my parcel is returned to you before I have received it?

If your order has been returned to us for insufficient/incomplete address, we will try our best to contact you. If international orders are returned they can incur a fee to be reshipped. If we do not get a reply from you within 7 days we will refund the items only.


I didn't receive a confirmation email?

Don't worry! Just email us over the full name and email you think you used when ordering and we can resend the confirmation email.


Why was my order refunded?

Orders can and will be refunded if they are flagged by our system as being possibly fraudulent orders. The most common reason is that customers place an order using a proxy internet connection. Any orders placed using a proxy internet connection will automatically be flagged and refunded.

Please do not use paypal echeck when paying for your order. This means your order payment will be set to 'pending' and we will be unable to fulfil your order until the payment has completed. This can take weeks which is why we will be refunding all orders that are set to pending.
